Brosler and Aron of MetroWest Commercial Real Estate arrange $1.05 million sale of 27 acres
Ashland, MA A 27 acre parcel located on Butterfield Dr. has been sold to a solar company for $1.05 million. Eric Brosler of MetroWest Commercial Real Estate represented the sellers and Marlene Aron, also of MetroWest, represented, the buyer, Lode Star Energy. The site had been previously used as a golf driving range and was perfect for a solar reuse. Trish O’Neil of MetroWest now represents the buyer exclusively for additional sites in all areas serviced by EVERSOURCE Electric Co.
