Springfield, MA According to Charter Realty & Development Corp., Carol Hutchinson, tenant representative of Fallas, worked with Angelo Pappas also of Charter Realty and Greg Lurie of Creative Realty to secure a lease for a 25,600 s/f location in Springfield Plaza  1225-1395 Liberty St. Fallas stores offer a wide selection of quality brand names and private label clothing for men, women, boys, girls, juniors, toddlers and infants. Along with clothing Fallas stores also offer a wide selection of lingerie, shoes and home décor.

Hutchinson has been with Charter Realty Since 2011. Hutchinson represents several properties in Connecticut, Massachusetts and Maine. She is also the tenant representative for several retailers including Dollar Tree.

Charter Realty & Development currently owns or leases over 12 million s/f of shopping centers and represents over 25 retailers on the East Coast. Charter Realty & Development is a real estate company devoted to activities associated with the shopping center industry.
