Brosler of Metrowest Commercial reps. Red Velour for $3.4 million acquisition

Eric Brosler, principal of Metrowest Commercial Real Estate (MWCRE) LLC represented Red Velour LLC in its $3.4 million acquisition of 213 West Central St. (Rte. 135). The 26,000 s/f building, which is located on a 2 acre lot, had been the home of floral and gift retailer Barber Bros. for 63 years. Red Velour LLC has enlisted MWCRE for the leasing of the project and intends to improve the commercially zoned property for long-term investment.
