Brosler of Metrowest Commercial reps Tech Trust in $1.89 million sale

Natick, MA Eric Brosler, principal of Metrowest Commercial Real Estate LLC represented Tech Trust LLC in its recent disposition of 12 Tech Circle, for $1.89 million.

The 8,640 s/f building sited on ¾ acre had been acquired by Tech Trust only two months earlier with the intention of leasing and holding for long term appreciation. While leasing activity was high, an acceptable offer to purchase was submitted by Dean Blackey of R.W. Holmes on behalf of his client, Fenagh Engineering. 

Fenagh, following fit-up will be occupying the building for its use as construction materials testing facility.
