Brown and Putprush of Parsons Commercial Group, Inc. facilitate $2.2 million sale

Parsons Commercial Group, Inc. (PCG) recently completed the sale of 100 Business Park Dr. for $2.2 million. Arlon Brown, senior vice president at Parsons represented the seller, 100 Tyngsboro Business Park LLC. "100 Business Park Dr. is a 42,751 s/f flex building which is divisible down to 2,700 s/f and suitable for various uses including warehouse, industrial, office and R&D. The flexibility of uses and sizes created value to the property," said Brown. Rick Putprush, managing director, also of Parsons represented the buyer Enright LLC. "The buyer was looking for a solid real estate investment with some in-place income as well as significant upside.
