Brown Harris Stevens relocates
office to 1177 High Ridge Rd.

Stamford, CT Brown Harris Stevens is beginning a new chapter for its local office. After 16 successful years at 1099 High Ridge Rd., the firm will be relocating to a temporary space at 1177 High Ridge Rd., with plans to expand to a new location.

The new location, led by executive vice president of sales Wendy Lynch, is located close to the previous office and will serve as a fully operational hub offering complete support and workspace for agents and their clients.

“Our presence in Stamford remains as strong as ever,” said Christoper Halstead, senior executive vice president, managing director of sales, Connecticut. “This transition opens the door for us to expand and reimagine our future in this wonderful community. We are committed to finding a new, permanent home that reflects the strength and growth of our Stamford team.”

The company is already actively exploring long-term locations within the city that will support continued innovation, collaboration, and community engagement.

Brown Harris Stevens has seven office locations throughout Fairfield County.
