Nahigian to speak at NAR Global C5 Summit in Chicago on automation and evolution with logistics manufacturing

Rob Nahigian

Chicago, IL Rob Nahigian, SIOR of Auburndale Realty Co. has been invited by NAR Commercial to speak at the NAR C5 Global Summit on Wednesday, Sept. 17, in Chicago at the Hilton Hotel Chicago. NAR Commercial invited Nahigian again as an SIOR and based on his highly received presentation last year at the September Hollywood, FL Summit. His style of teaching and content has been highly regarded by commercial real estate practitioners and associations for years. Last year he gave a tour on the Port Everglades and then presented the following day on port and logistics supply chain real estate decisions. Since 2013, Nahigian has been leading the nation in talks to SIOR, CCIM chapters and other commercial boards on how distribution companies select a site using mathematical formulas, centralized and decentralized models. This year he will focus on automation, robotics, ASRS, drones, RFID, automated truck yards, ships and freight rails that impact building and location choices. This program explores a powerful investigation into the next generation of automation and robotics, etc. A house built within 24 hours is now reality. Uber trucks and man-less warehouses are now here. This session is to offer an innovative edge with industrial and retail real estate counseling.

Both industrial and retail brokers will find this program enlightening. Last year the C5 conference attracted over 800 attendees.
