Brown of NAI Norwood handles
$4.4 million sale and 7,500 s/f lease

880 Candia Road - Manchester, NH

Manchester, NH Aron Brown of NAI Norwood Group was the sole broker in the $4.4 million sale of 880 Candia Rd. between owner, James A. Spring Revocable Trust, and the buyer 880 Candia Rd., LLC.

The 47,600 s/f property is fully leased to a variety of tenants. Brown says the demand for New Hampshire industrial isn’t going away.

49 Wentworth Avenue - Londonderry, NH

Brown of NAI Norwood Group has also fully leased 49 Wentworth Ave. in Londonderry, NH. Brown leased the remaining 7,500 s/f of the 20,000 s/f building to Automotive Excellence. The new space will become the company’s New England area office. Andrew Robbins of Colliers International co-brokered the transaction. The 20,000 s/f building is now completely full.

“With the recent Londonderry transaction and now this transaction on Candia Rd. in Manchester, it’s clear there’s an appetite for industrial space in New Hampshire. Whether it’s an investor looking for a stable market or a company looking to take advantage of all New Hampshire has to offer, the demand just keeps going up. We’re seeing more and more companies relocating to New Hampshire to take advantage of all we have to offer. The need for this type of space hasn’t slowed down,” Brown said.
