The Stubblebine Company facilitates the $3.5m sale of 26,000 s/f 48 Leona Dr., Middleboro, MA
Middleboro, MA The Stubblebine Company/CORFAC International has brokered the sale of 48 Leona Dr. for $3.5 million. Chris Michniewicz, James Stubblebine, and David Stubblebine of The Stubblebine Co. procured the buyer, 48 Leona, LLC and represented the seller, Miroj, LLC.
The property includes 26,000 s/f of industrial warehouse space.
Michniewicz said, “It was a pleasure working with both the Ockers Company and Miroj teams to get this transaction closed.”
