Brown of Campanelli handles 8,964 s/f lease at 300 Crown Colony

Campanelli has recently executed a new lease totaling 8,964 s/f at 300 Crown Colony, with Baker, Braverman & Barbadoro, P.C. Baker, Braverman & Barbadoro, P.C., a full-service South Shore-based law firm, will relocate to the marquee top floor space of 300 Crown Colony in December from 50 Braintree Hill Office Park, Braintree. The commitment brings total occupancy at the 118,000 s/f asset to 98%, well above the market average of 80%. In collaboration with Campanelli's director of leasing Peter Brown, the Colliers International team of Jim Elcock, David Goodhue and Caleb Hudak serve as the exclusive leasing agent for the property. "The turnkey design and build-out that Campanelli was able to offer in combination with its easily accessible location made the building an ideal option for us," said Warren Baker, partner of Baker, Braverman & Barbadoro. Located in Crown Colony Park at the intersection of I-93 and Rtes. 128 and 3, 300 Crown Colony is a five-story, 118,000 s/f, class A office building. The property features 25,000 s/f floor plates, parking and a five-story atrium. Recent capital improvements include a newly designed Café 300, a full-service café and corporate caterer. The property's remaining vacancy is comprised of one, 2,621 s/f suite on the first floor. Immediate highway access via recently completed access ramps and complimentary shuttle services to the Quincy Adams MBTA station and commuter rail make Crown Colony an ideal location for commuters. Additional Crown Colony Park amenities include the Boston Marriott Quincy hotel and restaurant, as well as a Bright Horizons daycare facility. Corporate tenants include State Street Bank, Harvard Pilgrim Health Care, Arbella Insurance Company and Boston Financial Data Services.
