Bubba Watson's lake front home in North Carolina for sale - $1.499m

You will probably never win the Masters Golf Tournament, but you can live in the Masters champion's North Carolina home. According to a number of real estate websites, Bubba Watson's custom waterfront home on High Rock Lake, went on the market for $1.499 million. The home is located on High Rock Lake, the second largest lake in the state, with 365 miles of shoreline. Host to a number of Bassmaster Tournaments and other angling competitions, the lake is known for its abundance of striper and white bass, crappie and sunfish as well as channel, blue and flathead catfish. Directly on the water's edge, this 3,386 s/f, 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath home was designed to capture lake views from almost every room. The interior is detailed with fireplaces in both living room and den and the kitchen also has lake views. The whole house is perfect for entertaining, but when you get outside, the outdoor living spaces will amaze. The pool deck contains a heated saltwater pool and spa. The outdoor kitchen is new and filled with stainless steel appliances, a fireplace and outdoor TV. There is also a dock, boathouse, and guest quarters above the 3-car garage. Perfect as a full-time residence, the home will also make a good second home. Furnishings are negotiable. Watson, 33 and his wife, Angie, are currently renting in Florida, where they just adopted their one-month-old son Caleb.
