Build-It Const. does interior project for Jones Lang LaSalle

Build-It Construction Services, Inc. completed an 8 week interior face lift renovation for Jones Lang LaSalle at 48 Monroe Tpke. The project was performed within an occupied space, after hours in order to minimize disruption to staff members. 230,000 s/f of office space received new carpet, paint and replacement of 60+ energy efficient roof top units to properly cool the space. Additionally, 15 restroom and 15 break rooms received new millwork, solid surface counters, water saving plumbing fixtures, solid surface restroom partitions and energy saving appliances. Careful consideration was taken for the safety and personal belongings of all staff. Build-It's successful track record of performing similar projects within live spaces was a key factor in the overall success of the project.
