The Bulfinch Companies, Inc. recently held a topping-off ceremony at Trapelo Corporate Center, a new three-story office development at 1560 Trapelo Rd.
Overlooking Rte. 128 and the Cambridge Reservoir, Trapelo Corporate Center is a Silver LEED Certified, 65,000 s/f office building located off of I-95/Rte. 128. The building's amenities include a fitness room/shower locker area, café, 3.4 spaces/1,000 s/f with underground parking.
Robert Schlager, president of Bulfinch, said, "We are pleased to introduce Trapelo Corporate Center as the latest addition to the Rte. 128 market."
The project will be completed by the second quarter of 2008.
The general contractor is John Moriarty and Assoc. and the architect is ADD Inc.
