Needham, MA  The Bulfinch Companies, Inc. has secured an 8,000 s/f lease with Gennari Aronson, LLP at 250 First Ave. Mike Wilcox, senior vice president and director of leasing at Bulfinch, served as the leasing broker for the landlord, while Alex Dauria of JLL represented the tenant.

“We are delighted to welcome Gennari Aronson as a Bulfinch tenant,” said Wilcox. “Gennari Aronson joins our roster of notable tenants at 250 First Ave. in Needham Crossing’s world-class business location – the N-Squared Innovation District.”

First Needham Place, located at 250 First Ave., was acquired by an affiliate of The Bulfinch Cos. in 1998 and repositioned from an outdated and underutilized property into a first-class office building. The building is located within the N-Squared Innovation District, one of Greater Boston’s leading tech hubs. The location is visible from I-95/Rte. 128, and offers a Rte. 128 Business Council Shuttle Service to the MBTA station.

250 First Ave. is a, 73,167 s/f, class A office building with underground parking and a LEED Silver certification. The property offers a variety of tenant amenities including an onsite micro- market, fitness center, complimentary shuttle service and the tenant engagement app HqO, providing Bulfinch tenants with a range of onsite events, communication and perks to local retailers and community events.

Gennari Aronson sought to nearly double its size in a office space with technology-rich conference rooms, collaborative common areas and professional finishes.

Originally, a sub-tenant at 250 First Ave. several years ago, Gennari Aronson returns to the property with ample space to accommodate their growing company.

“We are thrilled to be a tenant of a Bulfinch managed property. Their attention to detail and quality is unparalleled,” said Neil Aronson, partner at Gennari Aronson. “The thoughtful commitment to tenant needs demonstrate their expertise in developing impressive office concepts with desirable amenities. 250 First Ave. offers an ideal location convenient to the city of Boston and major commuter routes, without the cost or commute of a downtown Boston location, something that was important to both our employees and clients.”
