Buonocore of Buena Vista R.E. Co. brokers $7.35m sale of Best Western/Ground Round
Ann Buonocore, broker of The Buena Vista Real Estate Company recently represented the buyers, Whitehall Ave. LLC and Mystic Food & Beverage, Inc. of Conn., in the sale of The Best Western Hotel/Ground Round located on Whitehall Ave. off Exit 90 of Rte. 95.
The sale price of the 150-room hotel with amenities was $7.35 million.
The new owners are continuing with the Best Western flag and the Ground Round Restaurant franchise.
Earle Wason of Wason Associates Hospitality Brokerage Group represented the seller, Maine Course Hospitality Group.
