Morris and Foote of O,R&L Comm'l. complete $1.2 million office bldg. sale
Jay Morris and Steve Foote of O,R&L Commercial, LLC recently completed the sale of a 13,675 s/f office building at 850 Silas Deane Hwy. for $1.2 million.
Foote represented the seller, Joseph Sullo. Morris, managing partner of O,R&L, represented the buyer, National Health Care Assoc., Inc.
The building formerly housed several tenants but was purchased for full occupancy by National Health Care; the business is moving from East Hartford and expanding its offices in the new Wethersfield location.
O, R&L is a full service real estate firm with three divisions: Commercial Real Estate Brokerage, Commercial Construction, and Facility Management.
