Burgess and Nohrden of Burgess Properties brokers 35,000 s/f lease for Advanced Delivery Systems

Burgess Properties Inc. has co-brokered a 35,000 s/f lease in conjunction with CB Richard Ellis at 159 Rangeway Rd. The tenant, Westport, Conn.- based Advanced Delivery Systems (ADS), chose the property as a consolidation of its two existing Mass. distribution locations currently in Wilmington and Littleton. ADS specializes in furniture delivery and provides those services to several regional and national furniture retailers. ADS was represented by Phillip Burgess and Stephen Nohrden of Burgess Properties while the landlord, an affiliate of Morristown, NJ-based The Hampshire Cos. was represented by David Corkery of CB Richard Ellis.
