Burgess Properties Inc. has brokered a 2,400 s/f office lease with Invoice Cloud, Inc. at The Flatley Company's 35 Braintree Hill Office Park building.

Invoice Cloud provides simple, secure web-cased electronic invoice presentment and processing solutions to companies, cities and towns, that reduce costs, speed payments and help the environment.
Phillip Burgess of Burgess Properties was the sole broker in the transaction.
