Phoenix Commercial Real Estate has completed office leases totaling 6,836 s/f at 600 Worcester Rd. 101 Communications LLC, a wholly-owned division of 1105 Media, Inc., represented by Philip DeSimone of Jones Lang LaSalle renewed its lease for 3,399 s/f. Advanced Home Care Services, Inc. extended its lease for an existing suite of 1,657 s/f and leased an additional 1,780 s/f.
Dave Tognacci of Phoenix represented the landlord. Stoneybrook Properties, Inc. in both transactions and was the sole broker in the Advanced Home's lease.
