Burgess of Burgess Properties Inc. arranges 36,000 s/f lease for State Garden

Burgess Properties Inc. has brokered a 36,000 s/f seven-year lease with State Garden at Cassano Development's 240 Second St. property. State Garden, headquartered directly across the street from the subject property is the producer of such household produce brand names as Noreast Fresh, Olivia's Organics and State Garden Celery. The Cassano lease is an expansion for the company and will house its incoming refrigerated product along with other functions. Phillip Burgess of Burgess Properties, Inc. was the sole broker in the transaction.
