Burke joins Landry/French

Scarborough, ME Richard Burke has joined Landry/French Construction as a preconstruction manager.

An industry veteran with 40 years of construction experience, Burke has a range of expertise including corporate/commercial, healthcare, higher education, residential, hospitality, manufacturing/industrial, performing arts, athletic, and historic restoration projects varying in size up to $130 million. 

Having spent 15 years as director of estimating at Harvey Construction and other top construction management firms including Gilbane and Walsh Brothers, Burke brings tremendous experience in preconstruction and cost estimating, as well as a regional perspective on industry standards. 

As preconstruction manager at Landry/French, he will be responsible for all aspects of preconstruction including developing preliminary budgets, providing value analysis and constructability reviews, creating project schedules, prequalifying subcontractors, managing the bid process. 

Burke holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology from Northeastern University and is a LEED AP.
