These companies, Aileron Therapeutics, Joule Biotechnologies, Ore Pharmaceuticals and IntelligentMD, were all represented by the C&W team of Mark Winters, David Townsend, and Juliette Reiter in four separate leases for office and laboratory space.
"These exciting, young companies are reflective of the activity we are seeing in Cambridge, where the market fundamentals for office and laboratory space remain strong," said Winters.
C&W negotiated a 10,132 s/f sublease for Aileron Therapeutics. The firm is relocating and expanding from One Broadway in Kendall Sq. to a larger facility at Riverside Technology Center, 840 Memorial Dr., and is owned by the Abbey Group.
