C&W's team of Winters, Townsend and Reiter negotiates four leases

Cushman & Wakefield has represented four, early-stage life science companies. These companies, Aileron Therapeutics, Joule Biotechnologies, Ore Pharmaceuticals and IntelligentMD, were all represented by the C&W team of Mark Winters, David Townsend, and Juliette Reiter in four separate leases for office and laboratory space. "These exciting, young companies are reflective of the activity we are seeing in Cambridge, where the market fundamentals for office and laboratory space remain strong," said Winters. C&W negotiated a 10,132 s/f sublease for Aileron Therapeutics. The firm is relocating and expanding from One Broadway in Kendall Sq. to a larger facility at Riverside Technology Center, 840 Memorial Dr., and is owned by the Abbey Group. The team also represented Joule Biotechnologies in a new lease for 10,500 s/f at 83 Rogers St., which is part of Life Science Sq. and owned by Alexandria Real Estate Equities. C&W negotiated a 19,093 s/f lease renewal for Ore Pharmaceuticals, the public entity at University Park at MIT, 38 Sidney St., which is owned by Forest City. Lastly, the team also represented IntelligentMD in a new lease for 10,751 s/f at Blackstone Sq., 19 Blackstone St. and is owned by Centremark Props..
