Allaire of ERA Key Comm'l. brokers 5,600 s/f lease for Jomi Enterprises
Jeff Allaire of ERA Key Commercial represented the Landlord Jomi Enterprises in a 5,600 s/f lease at 15 West Central St. The building is located in downtown Franklin. The tenant Century 21 Commonwealth will occupy the space for use as a residential real estate office.
Connie Jones, manager of Century 21 Commonwealth's Franklin office and Alan Lyman, president of Century 21 Commonwealth represented the tenant in the transaction.
The former tenant, American Business Equipment has relocated to the second floor of the building.
