Cafasso, Hunt and LeBlanc of Colliers International broker $19.95 million sale of Pond View Corporate Center

Farmington, CT Colliers International has closed the $19.95 million sale of Pond View Corporate Center, a class A office campus of 236,302 s/f located at 74-76 Batterson Park Rd. 

Colliers marketed the property on behalf of the seller, Fusco Farmington Associates, LP, based in New Haven, and procured the private buyer through its proprietary investor database.

Pond View Corporate Center is a two-building office campus situated on 34 acres off I-84 and Batterson Park Rd. The three-story office building features amenities including a fitness center, café, a new conference and technology center, and outdoor walking trails. The property is home to tenants including Comcast, New England Asset Management, Lockton Companies, and KBE Building Corp.

The Colliers investment sales team representing the seller included principal John Cafasso, Ian Hunt, and Conor LeBlanc, all based in Hartford. 

Cafasso said, “It has been a pleasure working with Fusco for many years at Pond View Corporate Center. Their expertise and excellent stewardship of the property as the original developer put us in the position of strength we are in today. We look forward to working alongside new ownership and continuing the strong history and performance of this best-in-class asset.”
