Cafasso of Colliers Dow & Condon brokers 2 transactions totaling 13,836 s/f
John Cafasso, CCIM of Colliers Dow & Condon represented the seller, 130 National Drive LLC, in the $750,000 sale of a 7,500 s/f industrial flex building on a 3.8 acre lot. Don Goodwin of Murray Real Estate represented the buyer.
In another transaction, Cafasso was the sole broker in the 6,336 s/f office lease to Essex Television Group, Inc. at 7 Vista Dr., Old Lyme.
