New London Harbour Towers, luxury residences with resort-like amenities in the heart New London's Historic Waterfront District, has won the Regional Chamber Award for 2009 Community Revitalization Leader of the Year from The Chamber of Commerce of Eastern Connecticut.
The award, recently presented at the Chamber's annual meeting, underscores the significance of the construction of the 52-unit New London Harbour Towers and its contribution to the beautification and ongoing revitalization of New London.
"New London is a city we believe in and it made perfect sense to invest the energy we have in New London Harbour Towers," said Anthony Silvestri, project manager of New London Harbour Towers. "The city of New London has been very supportive of this project, helping us gain approvals in a timely fashion that will soon culminate in a showcase property in the heart of the city. We are very pleased to be here and proud to have been acknowledged as a Community Revitalization Leader by The Chamber."
Few residences can match the exceptional offerings of New London Harbour Towers located at Columbus Circle. Boasting views of the Thames River and Long Island Sound, New London Harbour Towers is the only luxury residence in the region with multi-level secured covered parking and secured elevator service. Each residence comes with its own climate controlled storage unit and reserved parking space. This property includes a fourth-floor recreational deck with an indoor/outdoor solar heated spa-pool with whirlpool jets.
