Cagenello of Prudential Conn. Rlty. sells 5,000 s/f bldg. for $900,000
Prudential Connecticut Realty Commercial Brokerage in Avon has sold 144 Albany Tpke.
The 5,000 s/f restaurant building was acquired on December 2, 2009 for $900,000 from P.L.G.G.E.D. by Ke Feng Zhao.
The building is presently a Margaritas restaurant, but will soon be an upscale Chinese restaurant.
Bruce Cagenello, CCIM of Prudential Connecticut Realty Commercial Brokerage represented both buyer and seller in the transaction.
