Jones joins Italia & Lemp, Inc. as managing director of the Norwalk office
According to Patrick Lemp, MAI and Christopher Italia, MAI, Gordon Jones, MAI has joined the commercial real estate appraisal firm of Italia & Lemp, Inc. as of January 1 as managing director of the Norwalk office. Jones joins Scott Burns who opened the office in 2007.
Jones has a wealth of appraisal and development experience over his 30+ years in the commercial real estate industry. He will be responsible for appraisal consulting and marketing for Fairfield and Westchester Counties.
