Cagenello of Prudential Connecticut Realty Commercial receives Life Membership Award by the CCIM Institute

Bruce Cagenello, CCIM, CRB, GRI, of Prudential Connecticut Realty Commercial and a Connecticut CCIM Chapter member has received the Life Membership Award by the CCIM Institute. The award recognizes CCIM designees age 65with a minimum of 15 years as a designee, and a minimum of 20 service points. Applications are reviewed by the designation committee during the Institutes bi-annual meetings. If the application is approved by the governing council, in recognition years of membership and services, the life member will continue to receive the full benefits of membership. Frederick Petrella, CCIM and Conn. Chapter president said, "Bruce has been a contributing and active member of the Institute and our chapter for many years, it is an honor well deserved. Our chapter congratulates Bruce". The Connecticut CCIM Chapter comprises over 85 based commercial real estate professionals and affiliates which meet regularly to provide its members with networking and educational programs structured to enhance their ability to service their clients. The CCIM business network encompasses more than 1,000 markets throughout North America, Asia, Europe and the Caribbean. Of the estimated 125,000 commercial real estate practitioners in North America, more than 10,000 currently hold the CCIM Designation. CCIM Designation include professionals who work in the brokerage, investment and development, the corporate environment, property management, appraisal and related segments of commercial real estate.
