North Branch project superintendents Julianne Cardinal and Christopher Galbraith - graduates of ABC's Future Leaders in Construction program.

According to North Branch Construction, Inc., two of the firm's project superintendents have completed the Associated Builders and Contractors of VT/NH Future Leaders in Construction Program. Julianne Cardinal and Christopher Galbraith were recognized at the 2013 ABC graduation event.
The Future Leaders in Construction (FLIC) program is a nine month long series of educational classes designed to "enhance the leadership skills and knowledge of young high-potential construction professionals". Throughout the training, students are tasked with developing a "Return on Investment" project that will show quantifiable results in six months that would benefit their company as a whole. Cardinal and Galbraith chose employee training because it would develop the skills and performance of the employees of the company, and they would be able to show results through pre and post-class testing. Their idea developed into North Branch University. The University now offers training to all North Branch employees to develop North Branch's workforce from within.
