Calabrese and Valenti of the R. Calabrese Agency sell 115,117 s/f

Ralph Calabrese and Tony Valenti of the R. Calabrese Agency, LLC represented the seller, General Real Estate Holdings, LLC in the $2.9 million sale of 74 Spring St. The 115,117 s/f building situated on 5 acres is in close proximity to exit 32 of I-84. The building offers twenty foot ceiling heights, seven loading docks, 4,000 amp electrical service, and 3,500 s/f of office space. The buyer, Reverse Solutions, LLC previously headquartered in Wallingford, was in the market to identify a property that was strategically located and could accommodate the space required to expand their business. Reverse Solutions, LLC identified the Southington property as their strategic and logical choice. Calabrese and Valenti worked closely with their client and the buyer in all aspects of the purchase and sale negotiations leading to this complicated, but successfully consummated transaction.
