The Geenty Group, Realtors sells 30 Old Post Road in Clinton for $700,000

The Geenty Group, Realtors, completed the $700,000 sale of 30 Old Post Rd. This is an 11.2 acre industrially zoned site with active rail freight service available. The site was used for 40 years by Cheeseborough Ponds Company/Unilever, Inc. as a consumer product distribution facility. The buyer is 30 Old Post, LLC. Douglas Dobriner of New Jersey is the president and his consultant is Rick Kowaleski of Clinton. They intend to remove and recycle the building which formerly occupied this site which collapsed during the Blizzard of 2013. The seller is 30 Old Post Road Associates, LLC. Kevin Geenty SIOR and Kristin Geenty SIOR were the sole agents in this transaction. Attorney Robert Harrington III of Branford and attorney Alan Askinazi of New Jersey represented the buyer. Attorney Timothy Yolen of New Haven was the attorney for the seller.
