EBC Connecticut Chapter Program: Legislative Briefing on 2016 Connecticut Energy & Environmental Initiatives Berlin, CT The Environmental Business Council Conn. chapter will hold a program entitled "Legislative Briefing on 2016 Connecticut Energy & Environmental Initiatives" on February 26 from 7:30am to 9:30am. This EBC Connecticut Chapter program will provide an overview of the key bills and issues before the State of Connecticut Legislature’s Environment and Energy & Technology Committees in the 2016 Session. The program will focus on legislation that impacts the environmental and energy sectors, particularly in the waste, recycling, utility, and renewable energy industries. Program Chair & Speaker
