The City of Boston recently released its 2019 Climate Action Plan Update, which outlines the City's priority actions in order to reach carbon neutrality by 2050. The Update includes a focus on Boston's buildings, which account for 71% of the City's carbon emissions. Specifically, it outlines a timeline for requiring net zero carbon emissions for new and existing properties.
 
Join NAIOP for a briefing with Boston's Environment Department Commissioner Carl Spector and Director of Climate and Environmental Planning Alison Brizius on the City's proposed plan and what it means for the commercial real estate industry.
