REFA Connecticut to host What’s the Use?
The office market nationally and locally is undergoing change as corporations increase densities, downsize, and re-focus on central business district locations serviced by transportation hubs.
In our local market, we have seen a number of large single purposed facilities sold to speculative developers who are often considering a change in use and repurposing of the real estate in order to maximize value.
On April 28th REFA will feature a panel of owners who will offer their testimonial on specific projects they took on and how they evaluated each opportunity and the final result.
