This program will feature Sara Bronin, (professor of law at UConn and Chair of Hartford’s Planning and Zoning Commission) and Catherine Smith (Commissioner of DECD), who will discuss economic development in Connecticut, the evolution of DECD and planning and zoning in Hartford, and the impacts of those changes to Connecticut’s economy.
