Bethany Calitri has attained her license in real estate and is now a full-time sales associate with Residential Properties Ltd. For the past two years she has worked as a transaction coordinator for the Taylor Group of Residential Properties.
Calitri has over 5 years of experience in real estate, including three years working for a title company before joining the Taylor Group. She chose to work for the Taylor Group because of their 30 years of collective real estate experience as local top producers. Their input allows her to offer clients the highest level of professional service, guidance, and knowledge.
Calitri feels that communication is the key to achieving her client's needs and dreams. She enjoys meeting new clients and introducing them to different neighborhoods throughout Rhode Island. Finding real estate to be a rewarding field, Bethany takes great pride in the relationships she has created with industry professionals, such as lenders, inspectors, attorneys, and skilled tradesmen. Her ultimate goal is simple: to make buying and/or selling your property a positive and smooth experience.
Calitri is a native Rhode Islander and graduated with a Bachelor's degree from the University of Rhode Island.
