Charlestown, MA Callahan Construction Managers (Callahan), a Bridgewater-based full-service construction management firm, celebrated the completion of Cambridge College’s campus relocation project. Located in Hood Business Park, the project consisted of a 108,000 s/f tenant fit-out with modern classrooms, laboratories, meeting rooms, offices, administrative areas, studies and lounges. The facility, which was designed by Wilson Architects, is equipped with audio/visual communications and teaching technologies, as well as ancillary support spaces for the college.

“We will be forever grateful for the care and attention provided by our team at Callahan Construction, who worked tirelessly to make our vision for a new Boston campus a reality,” said Phillip Page, vice president of strategic partnerships and project manager. “This amazing group of professionals delivered a remarkable level of commitment to create an end product that we are very proud to now call home.”

Cambridge College’s unified campus marks a major milestone in the college’s growth as the move consolidates four schools into a single campus, offering one accessible location. The new campus, located walking distance from Sullivan Sq. and the MBTA Orange Line, provides greater accessibility for students and positions the college in an ideal setting to build and foster relationships with local community organizations and businesses.
