Callahan/Hoffman completes new Natale’s Men’s Clothing store

Norwell, MA Callahan/Hoffman completed construction of the new 5,000 s/f Natale’s Men’s Clothing store at 370 Washington St.

Callahan/Hoffman worked closely with Carlo Agostino, owner of Natale’s to develop a design/build project that would be the new flagship store at 370 Washington St.

“We’re very excited to be in our new location. Callahan/Hoffman provided us with the same exceptional service we pride ourselves on providing our customers,” said Agostino.

The architecture was done by Bill Forniciari at BF Architects while Callahan/Hoffman worked with a team of subcontractors to handle the mechanical design and finishes featuring polished concrete floors and energy efficient LED lighting. McKenzie Engineering provided the civil engineering.

The project was completed on time and on budget to avoid a lease holdover penalty at Agostino’s former location.
