Chelsea, MA Diane Cambria and James D’Amico of Century 21 North East completed the sale of 17 units at 130-136 Congress Ave. and 61 Shawmut St., 851-853 Broadway. The purchase price was $6.35 million.
The units were acquired back in the late 1980 and 1990s by D’Amico, one of the city’s longstanding residential apartment owners since 1968.
The location is close to Boston and with the new addition of the Silver Line, is a hot spot for real estate activity.
