Cambridge Capital Advisors negotiates $1.7 million sale: Diamond Hill Commons Shopping Center in Woonsocket
Cambridge Capital Advisors, LLC has negotiated the sale the Diamond Hill Commons Shopping Center, located at 1551 Diamond Hill Rd. The sale price was $1.7 million. The 10,000 s/f shopping center is 100% leased and occupied by Little Caesars, Cardi's Furniture, Verizon Wireless and the Armed Forces Career Center.
Cambridge Capital Advisors represented the seller, AXIS Diamond Hill, LLC. The buyer was represented by Greg Herot of Club Realty.

Prescott IOS secures lease of 151 Rivermoor St. for Eastern Bus Co. at 151 Rivermoor St. in West Roxybury
West Roxbury, MA Prescott IOS has arranged an industrial outdoor storage lease for Eastern Bus Company at 151 Rivermoor St. David Skinner and Devon Wagner of Prescott IOS represented the tenant, while Caroline Munn nd Rob Byrne of CBRE represented the landlord, Feeney Brothers Real Estate. The 40,000 front foot site gives the bus operator secured yard space close to the routes it serves across Boston and the inner suburbs.
