Denenberg and Blacker of Denenberg Realty sells 24,500 s/f for $3.8 million

Neil Denenberg and Jonathan Blacker of Denenberg Realty Advisors sold the 24,500 s/f mixed-use retail/office building built in 2007 owned by The Heritage Companies to ABC Commercial Realty for $3.8 million. Denenberg Realty Advisors are working on several other major real estate projects in the Northeast and welcomes buyers and sellers to contact them. Neil Denenberg, president said, "It was a pleasure working with and we congratulate the owner of The Heritage Companies. We originally leased the first floor to Children of America and the second floor to multiple office tenants. A few years later we sold the property and Brit Realty represented the buyer. Mixed-use properties with quality tenants are in high demand in Massachusetts."
