Cannuscio and Kadis selected to lead Linear Retail

Burlington, MA Linear Retail Properties, LLC has elevated Aubrey Cannuscio to chief investment officer and Joel Kadis to chief real estate officer. The two executives will lead the company effective immediately. In addition, Cannuscio and Kadis have been appointed to the company’s board. 

Cannuscio and Kadis assumed leadership from Bill Beckeman, the company’s long-time CEO, who retired in June. Beckeman founded Linear Retail in 2003, and under his leadership the company acquired over 100 properties and achieved an enviable investment track record.

Cannuscio and Kadis will be responsible for overall management of the company and fulfillment of the company’s strategic investment objectives. In addition to their joint leadership responsibilities, Cannuscio is charged with leading the company’s acquisition and financing efforts and Kadis is responsible for the firm’s leasing, asset management, construction and development activities.

The two Partners have a combined 57 years of industry experience and have been with Linear Retail since it was founded. 

Cannuscio and Kadis commented, “We have achieved considerable success during our 17 years together at Linear Retail and look forward to leading our very talented team in operating and growing our portfolio.”
