Canzano of Cummings Properties negotiates 5,000 s/f at 144 North Rd.

Walden Wellness, LLC has signed a lease for 5,000 s/f of build-to-suit office space at 144 North Rd. Kevin Hunt, owner of this new wellness center, worked directly with Cummings Properties leasing agent Rich Canzano throughout the search and design process. Walden Wellness, expected to open its doors in October, will offer yoga, massage, acupuncture, nutrition services, and personal training and coaching. The abundance of green space at 144 North Rd. will allow the wellness center to offer outdoor fitness programs as well. Hunt appreciates the building's energy efficient design and construction, which result in lower utility costs and improved air quality and lighting. "The environment is important to us, and so the building's LEED construction was a big draw," said Hunt. Cummings Properties has a portfolio of nearly 10 million s/f of commercial space in 10 communities surrounding Boston.
