R.I. Comm'l. and Appraisal Board of Realtors to hold meeting/installation of officers & directors Oct. 6th

Rhode Island Commercial and Appraisal Board of Realtors annual meeting and installation of officers and directors will be held on October 6th starting at 6 p.m. at the Squantum Association, 947 Veterans Memorial Pwy. The keynote speaker will be Robert Nahigian, FRICS, SIOR, CRE presenting: "Addressing the Challenging Marketplace: Where have We Been? Where are We Going?" A special program for commercial practitioners and real estate appraisers Nahigian is the current CRE New England/Upstate NY chapter president and past president for SIOR. He is the 2009 CRE recipient of the James Felt Creative Counseling Award for the most outstanding achievement and engenuity in a real estate counseling assignment in the U.S., awarded by Boston's Commercial Brokers Association as the "Real Estate Advisory Assignment of the Year." 2011 Proposed Slate of Officers & Directors: *Richard Berlinsky, president; *Peter Scotti, vice president; *Gregory Skoutas, treasurer; *Jeffrey Butler, corporate secretary; and *Peter Spinella, immediate past president.
