Capstone Properties negotiates two deals: sells 20,156 s/f industrial for $1.15 million and leases 19,840 s/f
Providence, RI Neil Amper, SIOR and Chris Greenman of Capstone Properties have sold a 20,156 s/f building located at 12-14 Lehigh St. The property was owned by Bloomfield Realty and was formerly occupied by Lehigh Metals. It was purchased by Monarch Industries for $1.15 million.
Amper of Capstone Props. and Paul Bloomfield, SIOR from KRG Realty of Columbus, Ohio utilized the SIOR network to arrange the 10 year lease of 79 Commercial Way to Stanley Steemer. Amper had sold the building to the current owner in 1990.
