NAPA Auto Parts is relocating to 275 Salem St. Frank Cieri of The Cieri Group, owner of the building, together with Steve Milton, the district manager for NAPA coordinated efforts to obtain the necessary special permit and other approvals required to allow the NAPA Auto Parts store at this new location. NAPA will occupy 5,500 s/f of space within this 15,180 s/f building. Other occupants within the building include Central Automotive and Schneider Brothers Auto Body. Significant exterior and interior renovations and improvements to the property were completed by The Cieri Group prior to this winter's early snowfall, and additional landscaping improvements are planned for the spring.
Edward Carbone of Carbone Commercial Real Estate, Inc. represented The Cieri Group and negotiated the lease with NAPA Auto Parts. Carbone also represented the previous owner of the property, Nelson & Power, Inc. in the sale of the property to The Cieri Group in November 2008. Cieri intends to renovate and lease out the remaining 3,000 s/f of vacant space adjacent to NAPA. Mortgage financing for the purchase of the property was coordinated and provided by Steven Ventre, vice president of commercial lending at River Bank in North Andover, Mass.
NAPA sells replacement parts, tools, and accessory items for cars, trucks, SUV's, motorcycles, recreation vehicles, small engines, as well as farm tractors and industrial vehicles. NAPA customers include automotive repair shops, service stations, fleet operators, auto and truck dealers, leasing companies, and individuals performing maintenance and parts installation. This new Salem St. location allows NAPA the opportunity to offer its customers convenient on-site parking and easy access from Rtes. 128 and 93.
