Cardente Real Estate handles 2,942 s/f in leases
Yarmouth, ME According to Cardente Real Estate, Maine Community College System has leased 1,407 s/f of office space from Sparhawk, LLC, at 81 Bridge St. This transaction was brokered by Michael Cardente of Cardente Real Estate.
Also, according to Cardente Real Estate, Brady Risk Management of New England, Inc., has leased 1,535 s/f of office space from Soley Wharf, LLC, at 100 Commercial St. in Portland. This transaction was brokered by Mark Sandler of Cardente Real Estate (representing the tenant) and Peter Harrington of Malone Commercial Brokers (representing the landlord).
