Cardente Real Estate represents JB Brown & Son in 10,150 s/f office lease
According to Cardente Real Estate, HNTB has leased 10,150 s/f of office space at 340 County Rd.
This transaction was brokered on behalf of the landlord, JB Brown & Son, by Matthew Cardente of Cardente Real Estate and on behalf of the tenant by Wes Tator of Grubb & Ellis.
