The 136 unit Americana Holiday Motel, 99 Rte. 28 was sold October 31st for $3.5 million.
The buildings are being razed for construction of a new national chain hotel.
This will be the first new hotel built on Cape Cod in 20 years due to regulations which have recently changed dramatically.
The sale was handled by Chuck Carey of Carey Commercial, Inc.
